Four too many....

Hello all!
It is officially over...the four immunzations that Maddy had to get today and yes, we survived:) She was an angel while we waited for Dr. Jacob and although she didn't love his poking, prodding and pushing, she cooperated very well. She is a healthy 2 month old. She weighs 10lbs 6 ounces and is already 23 3/4 inches long; equal to that of a near 3 month old. Good thing she looks just like her daddy, he would be asking for a paternity test otherwise:) There is height on both sides of the family so maybe she got lucky. She doesn't have to go back until December 22nd for more shots but DADDY will be there for those. I hope you like the picture I have posted. It is of her waiting in the room for the doctor; she just looked so cute I couldn't resist. I hope you all enjoy.

A Family Affair

Happy Sunday to all~ we hope you all had a nice relaxing weekend. Although we were not able to make it to Naples this weekend, we had a very good time spending time together. Maddy loves to be at home with her toys, her dog sister and of course her mom with the magic milk and her dad with those funny faces. She is really starting to enjoy playing with her toys. I posted a picture of her with her caterpillar that sings her all kinds of different songs to correspond with the alphabet, while lighting up at the same time and the one of her smiling is a close up of her response to Edison the caterpillar. She has her two month check up this week and since she has to get FOUR shots, I have asked that Aunt Sheri accompany me to the appointment. I am not sure why it seems easier to watch her SCREAM and turn four shades of red with someone else there, but I was alone the last time for one shot and barely made it out of there dry eyed so I figured this might help:) I am eager to see how much the little piglet weighs and how long she has gotten. I will be sure to update after the visit. SHe is also going to have lunch with her Saddlebrook friends this week and of course her daddy since we didn't do either last week. After those 3 outings, she won't want back in her carseat until she's 3 months old....and neither will I:)
