Over eager....

So yesterday I got very excited about the fact that Maddy might be big enough for her highchair so Getta put it together, of course, and we waited impatiently until it was time for her to eat. Finally 5:00 arrived and we put her in it and you can see what happened. It engulfed her and made her look like a teeny tiny little baby. We laughed so hard at ourselves and Maddy just looked at us like we were crazy; then she went back to her swing and enjoyed her green beans and applesauce.
Prior to eating her solids we were lying on the floor together and she started sucking on my nose; in fact that was my indicator that she might be ready for her veggies and fruit. Getta, handy with a camera at all times, snapped the shot, and that is what you are looking at above.
